Helix has a simple but powerful mission: to empower every person to improve their life through DNA. We created an ecosystem where people could explore personalized genomic insights. Helix handled sample collection, DNA sequencing, and secure data storage and worked with partners to develop consumer health, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and genealogy products.

PDP, campaigns, and overall marketing plan for consumer product offerings
Created partner playbook and kanban board for product development templates, API documentation, and communication cadence
Created QBR process and content for business reviews with partners
Commercial review of partner performance metrics - forecast, growth, conversion, product development, etc.
